			Goofs:

					continuity:
Several games are shown unfolding over minutes, yet the lighting shifts between morning, high noon, and dusk – sometimes mid-scene. A consequence of shooting on location in natural light with a tight schedule, but it undercuts the urgency of time-based games.

					continuity:
In the final episodes of Season 2, Chishiya suffers multiple gunshot wounds. His injuries fluctuate in severity from scene to scene – during the Borderland King of Hearts game. The degree of his blood loss and ability to move seem convenient rather than plausible.

					revealing mistake:
It is implied that Mira has access to extensive surveillance capabilities. Yet her knowledge and timing of character movements often exceeds what should be possible given the technology constraints of the Borderland. In other words, she knows too much when it’s convenient.

					plot hole:
The rules of the game are vague, but Arisu’s realization about the game’s psychological twist is questionable. The sequence implies the game had to end the way it did, but other interpretations might have led to a win without sacrificing his friends. It feels engineered for emotional payoff more than internal logic.

			Plots:
Arisu – a listless, jobless and video-game-obsessed young man – suddenly finds himself in a strange, emptied-out version of Tokyo in which he and his friends must compete in dangerous games in order to survive.

Arisu is a man without much money or luck. He is unemployed currently as well. Out of the blue a blinding light engulfs him one day in whose aftermath the city of Tokyo has lost all its inhabitants save Arisu and two friends. This is a dangerous and potentially fatal game of survival now in which they are forced to take part.

Arisu and his two best friends Chota and Karube are hiding in a subway toilet chased by police. When they leave it they find that all the people of Tokyo have disappeared and the city is empty. Then they will be forced to participate in life and death games with the only option being victory otherwise those who do not participate in the games are executed by the creator of the games.
